We are looking for 2 Client Service Officers for our Nordic office located in the City Center of Copenhagen, where we share location together with BNP Paribas Bank.

As Client Service Officer you will be part of the local team in Copenhagen that primarily serves our clients in the Nordic countries.
As a Client Service Officer, it is your job to be the daily link between the company and our clients and working closely with our Client Relationship Managers.
Your primary tasks
- Handling and reconciling files in our operational system.
- Follow up on our client’s debtors (ageing, facility, and credit limits).
- Creating and making client outpayments.
- Handling KYT controls (Know Your Transactions) and other mandatory controls.
- Handle daily client contact by mail, teams and phone (occasionally participation in physical Client meetings).
Background and competences
Experience from a Financial institution or experience from a position within debtor/creditor accounting.
Communication both internally and externally takes place in English/Danish and ability to understand both Swedish and Norwegian is an advantage.
You work independently and have the desire and ability to join a competent team of 8 client service officers, where communication is an important player. However, you will also be working closely with Client Relationship Managers and our Sales team.
We are looking for a flexible person who can handle many different tasks simultaneously during the day, where no two days are the same.

About this opportunity
As Credit / Business Analyst you will, together with the a colleagues be our local credit and risk expertise when it comes to analysis on existing and potential clients, primarily covering Nordic corporates and Strategic Business Groups. In this role you play an important part in the process of the services provided to our clients.
In the role as Credit / Business Analyst, you will work closely with our dedicated teams in Sales and Relationship Management, with direct reference to the Head of Client Relations.
Although you will be part of the local team in Glostrup, this position will also require you to work with teams across the organization, primarily in Northern Europe. Communication both internally and externally is in English/Danish, but the ability to understand both Swedish and Norwegian is an advantage.
Our office is located in the City Center of Copenhagen and during 2025 together with BNP Paribas S.A. Denmark, Branch of BNP Paribas S.A. France.
What you will do
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) taking into account the client’s goals and financial standing.
- Write financial analysis in a clear and concise manner, as an integrated part of the credit paper.
- Prepare ratings according to BNP Paribas Group models and standards.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to Relationship Management and New Sales in respect of structure on transactions.
- Maintain and develop internal reporting tool in order to monitor the overall portfolio development.
- Prepare benchmarking presentation on clients and prospect together with Sales and improve the tools used for this.
- Process analysis according to standards of the Group.
- Identify trends in financial performance and advise Client Relationship Management and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
- Contributing to meeting discussions when required, and advising team members of the financial legal situation.
- On ad hoc basis participate or conduct client audit or prelending audits.
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action in corporation with the management team.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Support Client Relationship Management in monitoring financial performance on existing clients; follow up on financial reporting and covenants, as well as ESG analysis of client / prospects.
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.
- Participation in the ongoing development of BNP Paribas Factor in the Nordic.
- Participate in the fulfillment and ongoing improvement of the Compliance and Operational Permanent Control (OPC) according to BNP Group standards.

About this opportunity
As Relationship Manager you will be responsible for your own portfolio of existing and new clients, primarily covering Nordic corporates and Strategic Business Groups. In this role you play an important part in the process of the services provided to our clients.
In the role as Relationship Manager, you will work closely with our dedicated local teams in Client Service Desk and Risk, with direct reference to the Head of Client Relations.
Although you will be part of the local team in Glostrup, this position will also require you to work with teams across the organization, primarily in Northern Europe. It should be noted that we are relocating to the City Center of Copenhagen during Q4 2025 together with other BNP Paribas Group entities.
What you will do
- Maintain and develop an existing portfolio of clients from a commercial perspective.
- Front BNPPF towards the clients and servicing the clients in compliance with BNPPF’s procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and develop business opportunities within your client portfolio.
- Perform client business reviews in a timely manner, including your assessment of the suitability of the offered product.
- Negotiate and draft legal documentation (mainly based on standard documentation).
- Assessment of the overall risk of each relationship on an ongoing basis and report warning signals to decision makers.
- Responsible for the compliance checks performed.
- Participate in relevant credit committees and if needed represent business as decision taker according to delegation letter.
- Assist the Head of Client Relations, including participation in the development of the Client Relations department.
- Participate in development of new local procedures and implementation of group procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the BNP Paribas Bank organization as well as other BNPP factoring entities.
Background and competences
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business or another relevant field
- Proven track record in the role of Relationship Manager in the financial industry
