BNP Paribas Personal Finance, a part of BNP Paribas Group has experienced great progress and growth in recent years and is therefore looking for a Service Delivery Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of IT Services to our clients.

Exciting projects and responsibilities
You will be part of a passionate IT Team, who are passionate about improving our processes to deliver top-notch services to our users. On a daily basis, you will work closely with skilled team members from the IT Department, our valued suppliers, as well as the rest of the company.

Our expectations to you

  •  Monitor & manage IT Services (ITSM), and VIP Support Functions to ensure prime services.
  •  Monitor & manage Release Management into all the IS environments.
  •  Monitor & manage IT Services Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in combination with the Supplier Managers.
  • Take ownership of major incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post incident reviews.
  • Chair the Incident Management Committee.
  • Analyze supplier as well as internal processes, and create strategies for service delivery optimization.
  • Lead team members, including staff recruitment, performance assessmAs A ent, training and mentoring.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships across the organization.
  • Fluent in English (Nordic languages is an advantage).
  • Self-driven.
